I have never done an review before, but I ahd to for this one. I ordered the gray version of this chair and they sent me the navy one by mistake. I reached out to let them know it was the wrong color, and I also noticed the top of the chair was slightly damgaed. Instead of going through the hassle to return it, they told me I could throw out the Navy one and they overnighted me a brand new one. I was extremely pleased with their excellent customer service!! Not to mention, the chair looks great, is super comfortable, and leans back way further than I expected. This chair is worth it!!!!!!!!!! It works great! Thank you!
