LOVE this fitness rebounder with the balance handle to hold onto. I am not doing the high jumps shown on the example but just 4/5 inch jumps around the surface, one leg or both. There are lots of YouTube or Pinterest rebounder free videos to watch and use with this rebounder. Glad had this product so I didnt have to go out and lug it home.
