Poor jumping material but customer support came to the rescue
Purchase on November 24, 2019. After a while jumping material appeared to be prematurely wearing down so returned. Prior to this the workout on it was awesome as U really could really feel the workout. Well the reason I gave it a five star was because of their customer support. They reached out to me and offered me another one free. Well have had it a few weeks and its working great. Very appreciative so far so great. Love it and use it 3/5 times a week. Noticed increase in stamina, muscle improvement. I do 30 minutes. I love it. Thank you again customer support!!!
