Unstable spring hooks, but great customer service

EDIT / UPDATE / saw my review and reached out to make things right. I cant in good conscience give more than 3 stars for the product, but the customer service is definitely worthy of 5 stars. I had been watching this and similar items for a few months, waiting for it to go on sale. When I came up as a lightning deal I was excited to finally get it, as I thought it would be a fun alternative to the treadmill. It arrived intact but, my bad, I didnt set it up for a few weeks as life got in the way. Once I got around to putting it together it was relatively easy to set up per the instructions. The next morning I turned on some music and started walking on it. Im 510, 220 lbs, the trampoline is supposed to be good up to 330 lbs. Within minutes I heard a pop. I checked the springs and half of the triangle hooks holding the springs to the fabric loops on the trampoline mat had shifted sideways, so they were no longer in the strongest position. The noise was because one hook had snapped. It took another week before I could enlist my husband to take it apart and reset all the triangle hooks to the correct position. I tried walking on it again, stopping to check the integrity. Sadly within minutes most of the hooks had shifted again. At this point I dont trust the stability of the trampoline. Its folded up in a corner, taking up space. Unfortunately I cant return it because I took too long and its past the return date. I thought I had 90 days but it only had 30. Maybe its okay for kids but I wouldnt recommend it for adults.
