I grew up with a trampoline and completely forgot what a workout these are. Its small enough to put in just about any room and sturdy enough for a grown adult. There is a hand rail so you can hold on while you jump but I think it would function well even without it. I found the assembly to be pretty straight forward but the hand rail did take a bit of maneuvering to get it lined up properly. I set this up in my living room and hop on for a bit while I watch TV which is a nice way to exercise while still being able to watch a show or doing something entertaining. Overall this is a great trampoline for indoor use and I find it to be sturdy and a great exercise.
