The Customer service people at are really quite excellent !!
We had an issue with mainly one piece but they have incredible communication and they took care it immediately.
The bed frame is very well packed and the directions simple diagrams are well laid out.
We bought the Cassidy bed in grey finish and the clean modern design looks great.
