The good: Absolutely love this couch! Its true to color and very comfortable. I was a little nervous since this was our first big online furniture purchase, but I couldnt be happier with this product. Also, customer service was great about replacing the first couch we received that was damaged.
The bad: The shipping company (enterprise I believe) was not good. The first couch we received was damaged and the box looked like it had gone through a shredder. When they delivered they replacement they were not prepared to take the damaged one despite conversations I had with . Very impressed with the quality.
