I love the ease of delivery. Living in a small NYC apt, this couch is great addition to my small living room. The grey color is a pretty heather grey. The cushions are removal for cleaning, and the fabric is soft. It comes pre/packed so I only had to screw the legs on. Not a heavy couch so i was able to assemble the legs and move it around by myself. I did sit on the couch arm and immediately heard a crunch which I realized meant I broke the wooden insert/ sucks. Otherwise a fine couch for the money. its pretty sturdy
