I was looking for a pricy couch, and had my doubts that this would be it after reading the reviews, but liked the design and thought I give it a go. The couch is quite comfy and really does not look cheap. Ive received and assembled it yesterday - alone - which took about 2 hours excluding the phone call with customer support. There were pieces (in the bag with screws etc.) missing and I called . I did not want to replace the whole delivery and they instantly offered a good discount and I was able to get the missing material at a local hardware store for far less than the discount I got. Appreciate this customer support, thank you!
