First things first, A to customer support... The box was missing the hardware and once notified they shipped it out ASAP. Nice fit and finish as well. However one major issue crept up while putting this loveseat together. One of the holes was completely misaligned on one of the arms, so that when you insert one bolt, the other bolt on that arm would not connect with the threaded hole. So what should have taken 30 minutes tops, took another hour of fiddling around with it, so that the whole would accept the bolt. Just keep that in mind.
