only provided one tracking number. item arrived in 4 boxes via fed ex. i contacted seller when only two boxes arrived, unaware two others were on the way with one briefly delayed by fedex. seller was beyond helpful and continued follow/up with me twice daily until all four boxes arrived.
the product itself is good. not high/end, but i knew that going in. still a good value, and their customer service made it even better. this is the type of seller you want to work with. if you need a sofa but dont feel like dropping 3x price, buy this one. tool/free assembly is simple. just give the cushions a short time to decompress (vacuum wrapped). Kids love it easy to put together.
