Purchasing this bed for my 4/year/old was absolutely one of the best things Ive done all year. The pure joy she is having with her big/girl bed and the smiles on her face are priceless.
Im not sure what a few peoples bad experiences are but we did not experience any of them. The bed arrived next day from purchase, easy to assemble (took about 2 hours), no broken, missing, or damaged pieces ( they send extras), our spring/foam combo mattress fits perfectly and the slats are great, no smells, the slide is perfect not to straight or slick, the angled stair ladder is awesome so no bottom of the foot pain, the hardware matches the furniture and give it a clean smooth look, under bed space is good, My only regret is not getting this bed earlier.
