Amazing, really love it I was so excited for this rocking chair in our babys nursery. Shipping took a while and when we finally got it I noticed the box had puncture marks and the chair itself had a tiny rip in it. I have been contacting customer service multiple times to get it replaced for almost a week now.
However, the chair itself is so comfortable and easy to assemble. I give the product itself 5 stars, but the experience Im having trying to get it replaced is frustrating.
