Works great. Easy to assemble ladders could be mounted on either side or corner just have to know the location of the side rails ladder holes so you could assemble as needed! Shakes when my 17 year old son goes up and moves around. Ladder was slippery so I had to add non slip tape from Home Depot located in the paint department. Adds square footage to the bedroom!
