Customer support from this company was exceptional. I love this bed. Assembly was very easy. All the parts were there and in good condition. The bed is either slightly bigger than a full or my full mattress is small. So it sticks out about 3-4 inches on one side and you can see the slats. Either way, 5 stars for value
