Edit: after speaking with the seller, we were able to problem solve the titling issues. There is a video in the QandA that shows how to add some washers to combat the tilt. Seller was very prompt in answering my message. It’s a beautiful chair and great quality.
It’s truly a beautiful chair but it leans forward and for me it’s just not comfortable. I tried the tip of turning the base for the legs around and it didn’t make a difference. I’m here on trying to find another chair but I’m just so frustrated. It’s too pretty to get rid of, I wish I returned it sooner.
