The company contacted me and provided a replacement. They indicated they would provide feedback to design. Because of the good customer service, I am increasing the rating to a 4 star rating. I travel a moderate amount and have another trip in October, so I will update this review with more experience.

On the first arrival using thus luggage, a wheel is broken. I have two iFly bags with it purchased from Walmart, one very large one that I have used for many years. They made it fine. This one looks good on the outside, but the wheels are insufficient.
