I ordered this coat rack/shoe bench for the front doorway of our house. I received it quickly however; it was missing some parts. I emailed their customer service and they replied quickly via email, asked what was missing, and shipped them out immediately. They followed up to be certain the parts had arrived and it there was anything further they could do. I am very pleased with our coat rack/shoe bench and I love the look and sturdiness of the bamboo.
