Its soft on the outside because of the cousin in the seats but its still not comfortable, it has very little seating space so I cant get comfortable at all sitting there. The arm supporters are super hard and has hard edges as well. It looks pretty but I couch that is uncomfortable isnt worth anything to me so Im definitely returning this. Not worth it at all.
