Amazing exactly what is described I bought this couch for the foot of my bed, so that my husband and I could watch TV without having to sit in bed.
its very comfortable, but I would recommend getting an ottoman if you like reclining.
also the backrest only has two positions, fully upright, or laying down flat. so if you want to recline it slightly you would need to lean it against something like a wall.
