The sofa is good but it arrived with one center support leg missing. Tried calling and the vendor but got no response. Bad service, will not buy or recommend anyone only because of customer service.

This review grabbed their customer service attention and contacted me to deliver the missing part free of charge. Hope that the company will update its customer complaint registration system to avoid such instances going forward. Overall the sofa is great quality, receive a lot of compliments.
