It is literally impossible to latch the left portion of the hook into the armrest. Seems like a simple concept, but the hooks are pretty covered by the velvet thus making it extremely difficult to see. The hook made a rip in the fabric. Three adult men attempted every which way to no avail. So now it stands against a wall with one portion unhooked. Just really disappointed for almost a $1000.00.
