This is a nice cabinet for the bathroom. My husband put it together in about 45 minutes. The dowels that came with the unit are a little small for the holes, so he slathered wood glue in the dowel holes to make them more stable. (Hes a wood/worker, so he knows these tricks). The unit had no manufacturing or paint odor at all. For the price of the unit, it is very nice. The backing is not wood, but particle wood/fiber board material / but that is fine / it is against the wall and not seen. Besides, who wants to cram the unit so full of stuff that it is bursting from the seams? The unit came with a small strap to secure it to the wall / but this is not needed, it is very stable. Overall / it is a good buy.
