like other have said, I received mine with some damage. A corner on the lid was broken off and there was a sizeable crack in the same area. I was able to repair it using some wood glue and clamps. Also, there is a ridiculously large, and ugly sticker on the inside of the box that gives the standard warnings. It claims to be permanent and that you should never remove it. Forget that! Its huge and ugly. I was able to mostly remove it using some warm, soapy water, but there is still some evidence of it remaining. Stop pasting this huge sticker inside the box! There has got to be another way you can fulfill your legal requirements without damaging the product!
