The bench is very nice. However, the first one we received was damaged. I called to see what our options were. The lady I spoke to offered a discount if we decided to keep it. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, and after looking at it, they were worried about the sturdiness of it, since one of the braces was broken inside. I told the lady that we wanted to return it and exchange for a new one. She told me there were none available. That was not true, I went online and did an exchange with no problems. We received the new one within a week or so and it is very nice. They love it. But the lady in customer service at was not truthful. Well built product
