I love this chest! It was slightly cheaper on than on the furniture website. It arrived assembled, except for the legs. It appears to be mostly real woodmy two year old likes to get in it and jump around, and I havent noticed any damage. I was slightly disappointed that the carved face didnt seem as detailed as it looked in the advertisement, but overall, I was happy with my purchase.
Im mainly taking the time to review the seller of this product: My chest arrived with a crack in the lid. I was so disappointed! I debated living with it, but I reached out to the seller, and he immediately got back with me and told me I could return it; however, they were out of stock, so I could only get a refund, not an exchange. I was so sad because I genuinely love the chest, but felt I had paid too much for it to have any sort of damage. I asked the seller if a replacement part was available or if theyd consider a partial refund so I could keep the chest and have it repaired. The seller quickly responded that didnt offer replacement parts, but they could send me a partial refund. I agreed and they quickly sent me the partial refund (30 more than I asked for, by the way), and I was able to have the crack filled in, and its barely noticeable. Thank you for wonderful customer service! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
