Deserves all the praise it has received. I have sat in many desk chairs. I loved my Aeron, but this is as good or better. I had a Leap chair at one job and its just not as good as this one. I feel like I get really solid support in the spring back, and the padding is comfortable (didnt feel that way about the Leap). Seat pan is nicely adjustable, and generally controls are straightforward. Arm height adjustment is continuous, not just click steps, so you can get this critical adjustment perfect. Also, arms swing smoothly. The chair looks nice without being ostentatious, and seems very sturdy.
