The Chairs have a tremendous Warranty; all parts can be replaced/fixed

hello All I personally dont own the Gesture...do own a 2014 462 LEAP...but Ive worked for a Dealership for 27 years; both in Installation but the last 21 as a Service Tech and now the Service Tech Manager who has repaired, fixed, worked on about every chair out there from simple Pneumatic Cylinder Change to swapping out the Chair Controls.... As with most if not all of the latest Chair Models, the gesture has a 12 year warranty on pretty much any part on there. Some have mentioned issues to creaking seats, damaged arms when arrived and possibly other issues...those can be fixed and replaced. You need to contact Directly and if no response, their site should show/give the closest Dealer...who would be the one to send out a Tech to fix the chair or issue a report/warranty claim. I go to Businesses to Homes all the time for this and as long as its under warranty, the Part and labor is covered....and pretty much everything on that chair can be replaced. Tip...keep any and all tags from the Box to Chair...usually theres a small 1x3 White Sticker under the seat that has info like Date, Model, Ack Number, Line Number...keep all that handy...say if the pneumatic cylinder goes out or issues with the arms or a caster breaks in 7-10 years..its covered and will be replaced. Normal Wear and tear on Fabric can be iffy but if say the seam starts coming apart, should be covered. In all its a pretty good and solid chair. The Chair Control is actually an impressive design.
