Packed very well for delivery and fairly easy to assemble. All you need is a Phillips and Straight screwdrivers. The cubicles support 30 lbs each and the the top will support 240 lbs. Also dont forget to not over/tighten the locking cams or they will break. This is a fairly common problem with many online items like this. I had done this once before so learned the hard way.
