Arrived quickly. Packed very well. Hardware in Ziploc rather than rip open bags, which is nice. Easy instructions ( the picture for piece B and C are slightly incorrect on the step 1, but its easy to figure out). No dings or scratches. My one disapointmen was that I intended to use this without the cushion, but there are screwheads on the top of the bench under wear the cushion goes. If this is your intention, make sure you are okay with that. Excellent value for what I paid
