I purchased this item for my son and knew it would be a little work puting together the product. The heavy box was delivered to my doorstep and it had a couple of holes in it. I noticed some parts had fallen out and didnt know I was missing parts till I made an inventory of parts before putting it together. I was able to put most of the product together, except two of the drawers. I left a message that night with the company, using the toll/free number provided. To my surpise I received a call back the next daya (Sunday) from the company offering me to send out the missing parts ASAP. Great customer service from furniture, its nice to see that does business with an outstanding company. The bed was easly to put together in a couple of hours, and now just waiting on the replacement parts. Ill be looking for more furniture from this company again and buying through . It arrived on time
