I always looked at three blade fans and never thought they would move air was well as a five blade fan. Boy was I wrong. This fan works great, even on the lower settings. I cant see us ever needing to put this on high speed, even in the hottest weather. It looks beautiful in person, the website photos dont do it justice. My husband had no problem with installation, it was up and running in less than an hour.
The fan has six speeds and even has a sleep timer. The blades appear to be real wood, but are very light weight. The fan was properly balanced right out of the box. The light is my only complaint. You can choose from three shades of white, but there is no dimming option.
