I really like the look and comfort of this office chair. Additionally, it was a breeze for my husband and I to put together. But, we did have a set-back during assembly; our chair arrived missing the casters. We double checked the packaging, but they were not to be found. I immediately emailed the company, and they apologetically sent us out replacement casters.
The replacement casters took about ten days to arrive. Hopefully, this chair lasts us about as long as our previous office chair.
