Mixcept, the maker of this furniture made a fabulous piece. Unfortunately, a part of it arrived damaged. It was one of the back pieces I noticed it a bit too late as I was already partly through assembly to send it back. So I reached out to using the insert provided just wanting to get a replacement part. I provided the pictures of the damaged part, and THEY SENT OUT A WHOLE NEW UNIT. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and going above and beyond. I didnt need a whole new replacement part, so Im debating weather or not to donate it to charity and just keep my unit the way it is, or put it up in the babys room as a changing table/storage. For those wanting to know, the part that arrived damaged was one of the back panels, so you hardly see it anyway. The back panels are made of much thinner material, (cardboard i think, but not the cheep-o Wal-mart furniture carboard) so I think the damage occurred during shipment.
