    I love this pastel little girls bed. My daughter is excited in sleeping in it once I get her room together. We currently moved into our first home and are waiting for the remainder of our things to get here. The only down side is having to deal with the company. I wasnt so mad the box came damaged because the bed was perfectly ok. What I get upset about is a missing plug for the bottom of the bed post so it wont scratch the flooring or accidentally cut off one of your fingers when caught in it. When I explained to the company the issue they treated me as if I was lying. I needed proof of the order sticker that came with the assembly manual and even where the plug was missing. Not to mention the damage of the box. I informed them what takes you 20cents to make that you charge the customer a dollar to get, sure is upsetting to have to even prove that its missing. No apology just silence and proceeding to attempt to tell me that its just standard procedure. Over a plug for a bed post that is missing with my order. Never the less Im done whining the bed itself is beautiful, the customer service not at all pleasant. My mom loves it.
