One was perfect and looks amazing. The other arrived with a huge gash in the back of the leather. One of the stands was also bent so badly that we couldnt get a screw in to secure it. The base also had a crack in it. I have 3 stars because I love the one, but Im very disappointed in the quality of the second chair.
