Simple and does the job. Bought this for my teenage daughter and she loves it! Beautiful solid wood; very sturdy frame (no creaking heard). The sticky tape kept her new full size Olee mattress in place. SO easy to assemble (we put it together in about an hour). Very happy with this purchase!
