I had a horrendous experience with this product. The instruction manual was awful, and Ive put together a lot of flat pack furniture. The pre drilled holes didnt match up, so I contacted support, but unfortunately there was no way to return as their shipping service didnt operate in my area. They advised me to reach out to Home directly, which I did a few weeks ago but got no reply.
I ended up drilling my own holes, as I needed a bed and had spent almost $300 on this one - only to find the slats were slightly uneven and didnt fit. I had to hammer them in which made a huge mess.
Not impressed at all. Dont bother wasting your time.
