I use waders when I maintain my koi pond. The material is very sturdy which is important because I have to sit on and slide around on rocks. I got a size 8. I am a 62 yr old woman, 54, 150 pounds, shoe size 9 1/2. The fit is perfect mainly because there are many straps and buckles making the waders very adjustable. The boots are a bit big on me but ok if I wear heavier socks. They are very well thought out and well made with very substantial material, straps and boots. They also have a deep zipper pocket at chest level outside and another inside and have clips to secure items on the belt, also comes with a waterproof phone case and extra patches. Excellent product that I would buy again.
