I would have given it 5 out of 5 for product quality, but putting it together was frustrating. The directions were clear (plus they give you a link to watch a video online putting it together), but any hole that receives a screw needs to be reamed out first with a 15/64 bit. Some of those holes were not big enough or long enough. Once we figured that out with the first chair, we just automatically reamed out the holes on the other three we bought first and then it went fast with no issues.
