I ordered this bed hoping it would be perfect and here by my birthday. Well, there were delays and I was starting to get concerned about my choice. Not only was I called by a member of the company to COMMUNICATE the delay but they also gave the best customer service because of the inconvenience. The bed was then expected to be sent out much after my birthday, but arrived the day after instead! Upon arrival I was pleased to see REAL wood pieces that were easy to assemble! My expectations werent met, they were EXCEEDED!!! Very sturdy!
