I bought this item in the middle of a cross country move. I had unknowingly sent it to my previous address instead of where I needed it at my new address. The company was very helpful and responded immediately to all of my emails once i realized my error. They were able to catch the shipment before it got to my old address and had it rerouted to my new one. Fabulous customer service on the sellers end and great communication.
The product itself was easy to assemble, fit true to the measurements, was not damaged (despite my sending it to the wrong part of the country), color was as described, sturdy, and has enough space underneath for shallow storage bins- perfect for my place. I put this together myself in less than two hours. Instructions were straightforward. A power screwdriver is going to save you time, but overall excellent product.
