The description states its mix of solid and engineered wood, but this isnt really true. The entire bed frame is solid wood and extremely sturdy. Only the slats are not solid wood, but they are plywood, and super sturdy as well. No MDF or particle board in the whole thing! The color is beautiful and I love the style. My husband and I put it together easily, I just recommend having a power drill with a star bit as it will get pretty tiring with just the little wrenches, lol!
Weve been sleeping on it for about a month now and I am so happy I chose this bed frame. It is flawless. My only concern was the one wood post under the bed that could be seen from the front, I ended up just buying some matching spray paint and painting it before putting it together and it looks perfect now. And if your blanket hangs over the front it doesnt show anyway.
Overall I would recommend this frame to anyone. Its just great. If youre thinking about getting this bed frame just do it! You wont be disappointed!
