UPDATE 1/8/21/ I I am updating this for you following my contact with the company. The company has apologized for the concerns experienced and has issued a refund in addition to offering a replacement. They were extremely responsive which was very impressive!
1/4/21/ This is the WORST bench I have purchased. If it wasnt such a pain to put back in the box I would have returned it! The directions did not have any written instructions and half the holes did not match the hardware! The hinge was bent and the bench doesnt line up correctly. CHEAP material, took HOURS to put together with two people (one very experienced as hes in construction). NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME. Its junk!
