UPDATE: Customer service is great and went out of their way to make it right. Appreciate it.
One of the bars to connect it together was the wrong piece. The only difference was that it should have had some screw holes they sent me 2 identical pieces by accident. Luckily we were able to drill the holes ourselves, but when purchasing ready to assemble furniture, you shouldnt have to do that at all! Such a pain. It looks like the picture though so theres that.
