Easy assembly. Very happy with the purchase! While putting together, make sure you note where the ladder goes, and where the holes on both the side bar and headboard line up (follow the numbers very specifically), we put it together wrong and had to re/do the whole assembly, user error thought. Other than that, great purchase!
