When it just came, the cushion were firm and very comfortable, until 2 weeks later. I weight around 128 lbs and sat at the chair every day on average 4 hours. The cushions started to soften and sag to the point I can’t stay put at the chair without my lower back hurting. The cushions were designed into 6 squares and they started to spread apart in the center of the seat and that has lesser support. No matter how adjust your seating position, the fabric slides you back to the center, LOL. So I guess the chair will probably do great if a person weight under 100 lbs?
I wish the seller would place a firm density foam for the seat area with more metal spring underneath for support.
