After initially having a problem with the first bed that was sent out that was missing the paper instructions and unfortunately also had some missing parts and was damaged in during shipping / The seller went above and beyond to make this right and the final product looks absolutely Perfect in my daughters bedroom and she loves it! The bed has so much storage space and such a cool way of presenting the space too. Thank you. Very nice
