The product itself is not bad, once assembled.
It looks nice, is solid, and is pretty good all around.
However, the quality control could be better. Mine came with one of the metal connectors dented inside the box.
In addition, some of the directions could be much clearer. I had to figure it out myself instead of the directions clearly illustrating what to do. On top of that, one part of the directions shows a piece that doesnt look anything like the actual piece in reality, creating some confusion.
So, high points for the product itself; low points for the QC and poor documentation. Nice!
