This chair looks great and visually works great in my home office. Thats why the 3 stars. Problem is, the holes dont align. I purchased one and some of the holes didnt align so I received a replacement, again different holes didnt align. Very frustrating! Also as others have mentioned this chair is not the most comfortable and the seat looks cushiony but is VERY hard/stiff. It has a straight back but I actually dont mind that but others might.
